PSUMAT - NOT DEFINED IN THIS VERSION, SOURCE CODE RESTRICTED

I am using OpenSees windows Current version 3.0.3
I modeled a 3d structure with a shear wall. I used a multi-layer shell element for the simulation of shear wall components. PSUMAT - NOT DEFINED IN THIS VERSION, SOURCE CODE RESTRICTED error is halting me :roll: . nDmaterial PlaneStressUserMaterial is used to create the multi-dimensional concrete material model.
1. Can this material or any material related to this error be used in this version or do I need to change to other versions?
2. How can I solve this error?

The problem can be solved installing an older version. Have a look here.
