which version of tcl

Dear Opensees team,

I have one of the opensees versions, but do not know any thing about its certain version. Thus, I do not know the version of tcl in order to run this opensees correctly. Particularly, I have a error message "...do not find tcl84.dll...". How can I download a suitable tcl version? May I request you a web page in order to download the suitable version of tcl?

The download section in the opensees website has the tcl version compatible with the latest opensees executable

I am using an older version of the OpenSees source code which require tcl.8.4 version. Is there a way to download older versions of Tcl software. I have seen that activeTcl is providing their older versions in the form of .tar.gz format. But I do not know how to install that in windows. Can you throw some light on this.
