Sorry for the delay in response. As the response by me would be meaningless, but I want to share my knowledge for future reference. I have used the 1.9 version also but on Feb 2018 TCL has introduced version 1.19, which we are currently using. For download option visit: https://www.tcl.tk/software/tcllib/
