Dynamic Analysis not converge

Dear all:
I with opensees to do the seismic analysis of a 2D dam.Steady-state analysis is the convergence,but Dynamic analysis process does not converge.I do not know why?Since the steady-state calculations, modeling should be no problem .Is the material definition problem,Or acceleration input ?Please advise!!!
My dam's the main material is defined as follows:
