Opensees has stopped working

sir,
I'm working in soil structure interaction problem.The model is having arround 3 lac nodes and 2.5 lac elements.While analyzing the model i.e. static analysis,it is showing Opensees has stopped working.I'm using windows vista,dual core processor with 2GB RAM and 1.73GHz.Is it due to system configuration? What should be the system requirements for such type of soil with big domain. kindly reply me in this regard.It is very urgent.
