How to apply elemental load on ShellMITC4

I use ShellMITC4 element to model plate bending problem. I can not apply uniformly distributed load(UDL). Also I check the fuction 'addLoad' in ShellMITC4 and there are no implement in it. So my question is how to apply UDL on ShellMITC4 element?
