How to import GID file into OpenSees Tcl code

I m sreedhar,M.Tech student.I m working in the area of soil structure interaction on bridges.I modeled bridge model in OpenSees.I need to model soil domain as well.For generating mesh in soil domain GID preprossesor is to be used.How to import GID file into OpenSees Tcl code? Please help me in this regard. Your reply is extremely important for my career.Waiting for your reply.

good to see that u r using opensees . I am having some doubts as we in c-dac,pune also using OpenSees. We are using GID for modelling. Can u gv ur mail id so that we can have direct contact
