Large deformations with soil analysis

Hi,

I'm running soil analysis using 2D quad elements with PressureIndependMultiYield material.
The peak shear strain is set at 0.1.

I was wondering, what is the limit of deformation above which the model is no longer valid ? Is it relevant to simulate large deformations with this model ?
