Error in using OpenSeesSp on Design-safe

Greetings,
I am trying to run a simple model with OpenSeesSP using Design-safe HPCs. In order to make sure that the model is working, first I used OpenSees EXPRESS and the analysis was done and I could get the results. Then I only changed the system command from BandGeneral to Mumps in order to modify the model for OpenSeesSP(V 3.3). but I get the following error!
StaticDomainDecompositionAnalysis::recvSelf - Failed to get the Solver
Does anyone know where the problem is?
