How to run openseesSP

I installed MPICH2 successfully, and i know that running openseesSP requires the following command: mpiexec -np $n OpenSeesSP $filename
But I don't know where this command needs to be inputted.
Could you tell me the detail about running openseesSP step by step ! I appreciate your time and consideration in advance.
