Access to Kraken or Carter on NEESHub

Post by jgingery » Tue Jan 07, 2014 2:25 pm

I have set up and run a test parallel OpenSeesMP job on the NEESHub Local machine, but when I try to run it on Kraken or Carter I get the following message:

"ACCESS DENIED: user "" does not have access to run on kraken. Please file a support ticket to obtain access"

How do I go about getting access?

Ultimately I plan to run several thousand processes that take about 2 minute each.

Thanks,

did you file the ticket on NEEShub asking for HPC access like the message informed you to do?

Yes, I have now and am waiting for their reply. Just wanted to make sure that was the right way forward.
