Hello,
I am having some issues running the parallel version of OpenSees. After some issues, I managed to compile the source code successfully, all three flavors (OpenSees, OpenSeesSP and OpenSeesMP).
Serial OpenSees seems to work well but, with the same example, OpenSeesSP aborts. The input is:

mpirun noticed that job rank 0 with PID 5346 on node host1 exited on signal 15 (Terminated).
I'm using OpenSees 2.3.0 compiled with Open MPI 1.2.6 on Linux.
OpenSeesMP works well, but I assume it is repeating the same sequential processing 4 times and no parallelization is performed. Am I wrong?
I apologize for not providing more details, but I have a pure computing background and know nothing about earthquake engineering simulation, so I'm not completely sure if I am running the example correctly or not, if I made some mistake on compilation, if I am missing some library I did not link OpenSees with, if it is a bug... I can only tell you it is not a problem with Open MPI. Many other applications that we have work flawlessly.
