viscous material

I am an Italian engineer, studying about seismic engineering. I am new in using OpenSees, however I need to create a new viscous material (whose parameters depend on temperature). But I don't know how to do, also because all the available libraries are about elastic or elato.plastic materials, but not about viscous ones.
Is there anyone who can help me?

you might want to plan on coming to the OpenSees Developer Workshop which will happen some time in august this year.

Thanks for silvia's reply. However I have already developed the Matlab code, but I don't know how to implement it on OpenSees. Is it possible? What should I have to do?
please, if you can , help me also because I am just a beginner with OpenSees. What I need is at least a procedure for the creation of new materials depending on new parameters.

that's exactly what you'd learn to do at the workshop.
there should be a document in the documentation about how to do this.

also, do you know how to program in C++?
