libifport.lib

Post by blaiman » Fri Aug 28, 2015 7:42 am

Hello all,

I'm currently trying to do a build with the very latest and greatest source code (R6076). Unfortunately I'm running into an issue with a library file that's trying to be compiled which is throwing me a LNK1104 error message. The .lib in question is denoted as "libifport.lib." Anyone out there also come across this issue and figure out which files or project is causing this error such that I can fix it to get a successful build going? Thanks!

Hello Brighton,

I am facing the same error, have you been able to overcome it? If yes, could you let me know what was your solution?

Thanks,
Mohammad

Unfortunately I haven't.... I've been trying to hack at it for some time now but not getting anywhere. I'm hoping that at future builds someone will fix this problem and update the .sln file such that full build will be successful at first try.

Now I am using the version 2.2.2 and it does not have those problems. You may download it from http://opensees.berkeley.edu/OpenSees/d ... wnload.php
