z50 definition for QzSimple1 Springs

I am looking for "typical" or average values of the z50 parameter in the QzSimple1 function (for sand).

Does anyone has a guideline concerning this? I am using the QzSimple1 under footings and want to run some tests before doing a detailed analysis.
