Problem With Installing TCL.TK

Hi
When I try to install TCL.TK i have encountered this Message: coudn't open "setup.tcl": no such file or directory. What Shall i do.

it may be how your explorer/netscape is set up.
you should download the file and then double-click on it.

you might want to make sure you are following the right steps, as given in the getting started chapter with OpenSees in the user manual:
