fail in Convergencetest test of BeamCloum Joint

I run the program of "Beam-Column Joint Element Discussion" in Opensees Command Language Manual but get the result faied
the three of the programes of Beam-Column Joint Element Discussion in Opensees Command Language Manual is in the link below:

Why? Could the Manual be called the Manual if the example in it could not run?
