Hi
I am working on a frame modeling,I want to model shear critical failure in column and use from shear limit curve command.
in this command some parameters such as fc,b and h define in Psi system,I want to know that because of using from this command I must define all parameters in Psi systems?
why this command using unit to define parameters?
I think command can define in other system,but this command force to use Psi system...is it true?
Help me to find my answers to correct modeling.

OpenSees is unitless .. the units are the one you define your model in.
