Arc Length settings

Dear friends,

i have a problem to set the parameters $arclength $alpha. There is my script at the openSsees community with "Euler load" topic:

one of the members who is "imancivil" repaired my script and explained about arc-length method but both of me and he could not set the parameters. i really need to help. would you please help me?
