The command beamWithHinges is work well?????

I see the source code
(usr/local/cvs/OpenSees/SRC/element/beamWithHinges/BeamWithHinges3d.h and usr/local/cvs/OpenSees/SRC/element/beamWithHinges/TclBeamWithHingesBuilder.cpp),they give different presentation to the --- class BeamWithHinges3d,the orders of parameter in the function in the two file is not the same,I don’t known weather I was wrong…because I don’t familiar with C++, only known little…
or the command is wrong!!!!!
The command in the manunal is right?????

the command in the manual should be correct.
