error of alloc: invalid block: 00000001421C95B8: 0 0

I want to do a hybrid test with the openfresco，when I use opensees open the sample file,show errors.
When I type source OneBayFrame_Distr_Client.tcl and hit enter, the opensees screen show “alloc: invalid block: 00000001421C95B8: 0 0”.
Is a bug? How to solve the problem？
