How to simulate cable

Hello!
I am working on seismic analysis of a suspension bridge model.
Considering the prestressing effects and stress-stiffening effects of the main cables and suspension cables, I am wondering how can i simulate the cable?

You can use either corotTruss or catenaryCable elements
