How to apply a dynamic load time history at node and a ground motion simultaneously in Transient analysis?

Hi all,
My model is a wind turbine tower, and I want to perform the wind-earthquake-combined analysis by adding a wind force time history. Does anyone know how to do it or any tutorial?
