Problem related to equalDOF in 2D structure model

For a 3 storied 1 bay 2d structure model, I simulated the effect of Diaphragms by using the command equalDOF. But it arouse the problem of inrealisitic axial force and moment in the beam. So I'm wondering how should I do to simulate the the effect of Diaphragm, withou using the command equalDOF. Thanks in advance!
