Question regarding how to interpret the recorded values of a defined fiber section

Respected Sir/Ma'am,

I am writing an OpenSees code for a structure with its column cross-section defined as a fiber section. To record the forces and moments for those sections, I am using the following command (for one of the locations of the node):

recorder EnvelopeElement -file [concat Folder/colTop.frc] -ele 1101 section 1 force

The generated output file (colTop.frc) shows 5 entries by running this command. Could you please let me know how to interpret these values?
