[beginner question] nodal load constraint

I want to calculate a simple rigid beam with one end (point 1) pinned, the other (point 2) supported by a zeroLength spring element (restrained to point 3). The main idea is to simulate a shear wall hold down anchor.

when i add a vertical nodal load on the point 2, instead of rotate around point 1, the rigid beam elongate. the point 2 is constraint to y axis.

I also tried adding rotations on point 1, but still, the point 2 has no displacement in the 1st dof.

the results are here:

Node: 1
Coordinates : 0 0
Disps: 0 0 1
Velocities : 0 0 0
unbalanced Load: 0 0 1e+10
ID : 3 -1 4

Node: 2
Coordinates : 100 0
Disps: 0 100 1
Velocities : 0 0 0
unbalanced Load: 0 0 0
ID : 0 1 2

how could I model this in a proper way?

For first order (linear) geometry, that is correct.
