How to input initial conditions

Dear All,
I have a question about changing the initial conditions of a dynamic analysis in OpenSEES. I wanted to ask how can we input initial conditions to a transient dynamic analysis in opensees? I want my system to have some initial velocity. Is it possible to do that?
