FPBearingPTV element

Hi,

I am trying to model friction pendulum in OpenSees by using FPBearing element. Although I write the code with cypress editor or nodepad++, Opensees is unable to create element of type : FPBearingPTV. I am kindly asking you to determine what is the trouble with my code or program. Is there any example file?

What is the element command you are using? element FPBearingPTV tag ...

It's impossible to tell what's wrong with your code if you do not show it to us!
