how to save 'print' output to variable?

Hi everyone

When running my transient analysis im saving the full general system matrix with 'printA' function to a file. However this computationally heavy work when i also need to import all these files for each timestep.

Is there a way to save the printA output values (for a SDOF system) to a variable (or lappend to a array) in OpenSees (Tcl)?
