ViscousDamper material

Hi everyone

I modeled a frame with viscous damper using the viscousDamper material, but when I run the model, the following message appeares:

Warning: could not create uniaxialmaterial ViscousDamper

I would be grateful if everyone could help me to solve this problem.

the ''uniaxialmaterial" should be "uniaxialMaterial".

You might have forgotten the model builder line at the beginning: model BasicBuilder -ndm $ndm <-ndf $ndf>

you may need to update opensees. i had such issue once .
