I would like to ask sth about a problem that I have with the installation of OpenSees. I have read the instructions and downloaded the exe, but I cannot install it. In the manual it says that I have to install Tcl too. But in the instructions it says that it is necessary only for Mac. I have windows, so I did not intall Tcl following the instructions.
I would be grateful if anybody could give me any help.
