INSTALLING MATERIALS PACKAGE

Hi,

I need to install a new materials package to OpenSees but instructions are not so clear for me. Do I have to use Visual Studio (or similar) to install it or I just have to edit the text files of OpenSees?
This is the package I need (instructions are in "README.md"): https://github.com/denavit/OpenSees-Packages.
