Dear all, does the Linear transformation consider the second-order P-Delta effects?

No. They are different types of transformation. Linear transformation performs the normal coordinate transformation without taking into account changes in moment due factors like P-delta. P-delta transformation considers the abrupt changes in bending moment induced by the gravity load under relatively large displacements.
