Does KikuchiAikenLRB Material response has strain limit?

Post by baikunthasilwal » Tue Apr 05, 2016 11:32 am

Hi Everyone,

I am using the KikuchiAikenLRB Material following the link below:
http://opensees.berkeley.edu/wiki/index ... B_Material

When I run the code, I am unable to get the hysteric response greater than strain level of 4. If I change the total thickneess of the rubber, I got the message of "response value exceeded limited strain". If so, please clarify me what is the maximum strain limit for that material mode.

Hi baikunthasilwal,
The limit for KikuchiAikenLRB material is 400% shear strain.
