yp vector!!

Post by hamidkhodadadi » Tue Dec 29, 2015 4:49 am

hi all.
i found that in zerolength element orientation we should use cosx sin x 0 -cosx sinx 0 respectively.
but now i have found some examples which consider zerolength element orientation like this:
x=0 degree
-orient 1 0 0 7 -1 0
x=54.83 degree
o-orient 0.576 0.817 0 4.88 1.45 0
as you can see the first three numbers are cosx sin x 0 , but what about the second three numbers which are vector components in global coordinates defining vector yp??
in this example axes 1 of zerolength element is aligned to positive Z axes.
it is so important for me. whould you please answer me as soon as possible.
thanks alot.
