Tow questions:
1.How to apply triangle/trapezoidal load to Beam Colum Element?
2.How to get/recorder fores(moment shear) at any place of BeamColumElement?

1.looks like nobody got around to programming it, only point and uniform loads for beam elements, you will have to make do with specifying point loads.
2. you have to record the basic forces and use equilibrium to get the forces along the element. note if you record forces at the gauss-points and then check equi you will be disaapointed.
