problem with beam contact 3d element

Hi
I want to model a 3D pile in a saturated loose sand. My soil material is PDMY and soil elements are BrickUP. Pile elements are beamcolumn. For interface between soil and pile, I'm trying to use BeamContact 3D, but I keep seeing these two errors:
1- model dimentsions/and/or nodal DOF not compatible with QuadUP element (I don't have quadUP!!!)
2- error in factorization (error 6,5,11,...) ...

I've checked all constraints for possible mistakes, but I don't see the bug.
I've built the model using openseespl which uses rigid links as interfaces.
Please help.
