problems Modified Ibarra-Medina-Krawinkler

hi, when I apply in the spring uniaxialMaterial ModIMKPeakOriented material I do not have problem, but I aplly Modified Ibarra-Medina with Pinched Hysteretic Response the solution fail.
Why ? If it is the same paremeters.
the material with pinching is ok?
