Modeling Viscoelastic Material

Hello,

I am trying to model a viscoelastic material where ratcheting occurs during constant load amplitude cyclic tensioning. The material needs to possess in-plane tensile and shear stiffness/strength while containing no resistance to bending or compression. I have tried playing around with many of the uniaxialMaterials with no success, so any new suggestion is appreciated!
