time history analysis

Post by esi_opensees » Sat Jun 14, 2008 6:35 am

Hi,

Is it possible that we use some accelerations contemporaneous, in time history analysis? if so, how?

Thanks.

you can't superimpose the same node and direction, but othewise, yes, define them all before doing the analysis.
i think there is an example for bidirectional loading.
