Many of your beam-column elements are failing. There are several things you can try:
1. add -iter option to the element
2. tweak your section (make sure your fibers are defined well)
3. make sure your materials are defined well
4. if 1. 2. or 3. is not working use either disp.-based beam-column element or beam with hinges element

I think this problem is due to modeling gusset plate.
The gusset plates are modeled as defined in PEER report 08/2008. but I do not know where is the problem?!

Dear Vesna, i have the same converge problems in my model.
adding -iter option to the element didn't work.
tweaking the section worked well.
