other section to model Reinforced Concrete frame?

is there other way to build Reinforced Concrete frame modal for nonlinear analysis except fiber section?the User Manual only introduce elastic Elastic ,Uniaxial Section and fiber section.when i use Uniaxial Section ,how to choose the Material to simulate the RC frame!
