Thanks for your answer. But what a need is to use two different materials for the core. I need to separate the boundary part of the core of a big T section (wall's head) from the center, where the confinement is important for a long web.

I installed building tcl on win8 64 bit and then I clicked MyBuildingTclViewer.bat but nothing happened and I had to source it every time I need to use.
I have tested it on win7 x64 and it work's properly.
