Multiple target displacement

Hi Dear Dr.Silvia,
I want to know how I can push a structure to multiple target displacements.For example,when I have a 5 story structure,I have 5 target displacement for each story.How should I limit each story to a specified target displacement in the case that with changing the direction of lateral load that node doesn't go back again and remain in that situation??

use sp rather then loads for the loading.
