1. Which version of Python are you using?
2. How did you install openseespy?

Hello,

1. Python 3.12.1
2. I use Pycharm, and I used its package install window from the settings. I didn't use the cmd screen.

I am not sure if is it related but I use Windows 11.

Thanks in advance.
