OpenSeesPy run for Mac OS M1

Post by lvjidaren » Sun Aug 01, 2021 7:38 am

I can't run openseespy under the version of 3.3.0. I have already used the order: pip install openseespy. in the terminal. and when I run the model which I build in windox system, it prints "module 'openseespymac' has no attribute 'wipe'". Can I downgrade the version of openseespy?

I'm not so sure it will run on the M1 chip. You can try downgrading openseespy to see if that makes a difference.

Search online for how to install a specific version of a Python package.
