UVCuniaxial (Updated Voce-Chaboche) model in OpenSeesPy

Post by nareshsubedi » Wed Aug 26, 2020 6:29 am

Is the UVCuniaxial (Updated Voce-Chaboche) material available in OpenSeesPy? As I understand, it is available in the TCL version of OpenSees.

Is it possible to use recently added materials (for e.g. SLModel which was merged recently to the OpenSees repository) before new version of OpenSeesPy is released?

Thank you.

They should be in OpenSeesPy. Have you updated the package to 3.2.2.3?

Code: Select all

pip install openseespy --upgrade

Dear Prof. Scott

Thank you for the reply, I updated the package to 3.2.2.3.

Where should I look for the input format and documentation of those materials?

You can contact Alex Hartloper who wrote the code: https://github.com/ahartloper/UVC_MatMod
