is Concrete02 or Concrete03 supported in the reliability model?

A place to ask questions on how to use OpenSees to perform Finite Element Reliability Analysis

is Concrete02 or Concrete03 supported in the reliability model?

Post by zieadm » Fri Apr 24, 2020 11:20 am

Hello all,
i would like to inquire if concrete02 and concrete03 uniaxial material models can be used in reliability domain or they are not supported?
i managed to perform reliability analysis using concrete01 but i am not sure if the reliability domain is supporting concrete02 and concrete03 or not.
Thank you

They are not supported for DDM computations of the gradient, but they should work with finite differences.

the problem is that when i try to parameterise the material properties for concrete02 or concrete03 this error appears, "Parameter::addComponent 4 -- no objects were able to identify parameter material 1 fc". It should be noted that it works fine for concrete01.
