how can we access the latest changes and revisions of the command manual of the opensees such as :
new commands ,recently added materials and ....?
the latest manual that I have is year 2007.

I considered your answer carefully. I will assume a mass for this model and hence the stiffness can be calculated for it.
the question is can I use the yield acceleration as yield point in spring model with some ElasticPP material that you mentioned before?

I installed building tcl on win8 64 bit and then I clicked MyBuildingTclViewer.bat but nothing happened and I had to source it every time I need to use.
I have tested it on win7 x64 and it work's properly.
