website, and my operating system is windows 8.1 64 bit.

I After successfully installing all the required files, I attempted to execute the command "mpiexec -np $n OpenSeesSP $filename," but strangely, no action occurs. The command prompt simply moves to the next line without any indication of the parallel processing starting. I've checked the MPI installation, confirmed the executable path for OpenSeesSP, and even ran the command with the "-output" flag to capture potential error messages, but nothing seems amiss.
